Cleaning/replacingthe TLR Power Roller
1. Turnpower switch to OFF(O) and unplug
the machine.
2, Removebothtanks, detentthe handleand
turn the machineonits back.
3. Removethe 6 screws fromthe sole plate
usinga Phillipshead screwdriver,set 6
screwsand sole plateaside.
4. Turnthe machineon itsside so the cord side
is againstthe floor.
5. Removethe 2 screws fromthe beltguard
and set aside
Note:These2 screws are the sameas the 6
sole platescrews).
Removethe top of the belt guard.
6. Unhookthe beltfrom theTLRPowerRoller
and slidethe roller downthroughthe hole
in the belt guard bottom.Slidethe rollerup 6.
off the metal dowel(which is attachedto the
swing arm).
7. CleantheTLRPowerRollerby rinsing with
hot water and mild soap.Allow to dry before
replacingif desired.
8. Toreplace,slidethe TLRPowerRolleron to
the metal dowelwith the taller cog at the
top. Pushthe taller cog of the roller backup 8a.
throughthe hole in the beltguard bottom
and re-attach the belt.Placethe belt guard
top into positionoverthe bottom halfand
tightentogetherwith 2 screws.
9. Turnthe machineon to its backand
attachthe secondswing arm. Be sure the
arm is properlyin placeboth ontheTLR
PowerRollerand in the base. Pushthe TLR
PowerRollerdown so it is nestedunderthe
nozzle. 8c.
10. Re-attachthe soleplate usingthe 6 screws.
Machine storage
Putthe unit away in a closetor basementfor
the next use.Storecleanerin a protected,dry
area.Sincethis product useswater, it must not
be storedwhere there is a dangerof freezing.
Freezingwill damageinternal componentsand
voidthewarranty.
