Pump needs priming

Gently lift clean water/formula tank while

depressing spray trigger OR gently squeeze

clean tank while depressing spray trigger

Spot cleaner

Poor cleaning tool position Reposition cleaning tool on surface,

follow recommended cleaning

Dirty water tank is full Empty dirty water tank

Cleaning tool brush worn Replace cleaning tool

Lift cleaning tool and point upwards to allow

water in hose to flow into dirty water tank

Incorrect cleaning formula Use BISSELL 2X Spot & Stain formulas

for portable spot cleaners only
